She Waited Until AFTER He Made It đ
A customer walks up to the coffee counter and orders a caramel macchiato.
The barista makes the drink, finishes it, puts the lid on, and hands it across the counter.
She looks down at the hot cup.
Pauses.
Then looks back up.
âOh⊠I wanted it iced.â
The barista just stares at her.
He looks at the drink.
Looks back at her.
ââŠof course.â
Without arguing, he takes the finished drink back, pours it out, grabs a clear cup, and starts the entire process over again.
A few moments later, he hands her the iced version.
Her face immediately lights up.
âPerfect. Thank you!â
She walks away completely satisfied.
The barista stays behind the counter, staring into the distance and silently wondering why the word âicedâ couldnât have made an appearance about thirty seconds earlier.
Just another episode of Barista Trauma.
